Spanish Cafe
En El Cafe Espagnol!
To round off their final Spanish unit of the year, classes 9,10 & 11 staged a Spanish Cafe afternoon. Pupils created their own menus (La Carta) and used these to role play ordering food and drink. Everyone got to play the role of waiter/waitress and customer and enjoy some traditional Spanish cuisine, including manchega cheese, chorizo, tortilla and patatas bravas. As the temperatures were also quite Mediterranean, they got to order some helados (ice cream) for dessert!
