Crazy Creatures Visit!
This half term we had a fantastic visit from Crazy creatures as part of our science topic on Amazing Animals. We had been learning how to group animals into fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians and the features of each. This visit enhanced the children's learning in this topic as they were able to handle some of these animals and they learnt so many more extra facts about them. We were joined by a cockroach, tortoise, lizard, millipede, scorpion, snake and an owl. They had some very thoughtful questions to ask too and showed their excellent knowledge during the discussions.
