Y6 had a wonderful day for their leavers' service at Winchester last Friday. During the day they had a tour of the cathedral and enjoyed learning about the history of it. They were excited to see their Anthony Gormley inspired sculptures in the installation and see one of his sculptures in the crypt. Some of the children were even lucky enough to be asked to talk about their sculptures for Meridian news. In the afternoon, the children were part of a huge service with lots of schools in attendance. This year, Milford were selected to read prayers and we were very proud of Ruben, Mia and Posy who read prayers to a huge congregation with confidence. It was a really special service and day and was a lovely start to the Y6 leavers' celebrations.
