Science - Amazing Animals
Our Science topic this half term has all been about Amazing Animals! We have learnt about classifying animals and grouping them into fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. We learnt about the features of each of these groups and the reasons why they have these particular features. We then found out more about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores and the food chains.
We had a wonderful visit by Crazy Creatures during this topic to enhance our learning and the children all loved learning more about the animals by seeing them and holding them.
