Roman Day
There was a Roman invasion at Milford on Tuesday 5th April, as the Year 3/4 children celebrated the end of their Roman topic. They had a fantastic day taking part in a range of activities such as: making Roman shields, sculpting mythical beasts out of clay, completing soldier school, making bread and choosing flavours to please the Emperor, designing and making mosaics and learning about the legacy of the Romans in Britain which involved making an aqueduct. The children all looked fantastic and said they had a wonderful day.
