History - toys from the past
This half term we have enjoyed learning about toys from the past. The children loved sharing their own toys now and why they love them. We had a parent come in and talk to the children about their favourite toys and the children learnt how to ask questions to find out more information. It was very interesting to then learn about older toys and the materials they were made from and why. They children compared the toys from the past with toys they play with. We even got to have a go and play with some old Victorian toys and play some Victorian games.
