Once upon a time... Autumn 2
Our Topic this half term in Year R is all about sharing stories. To celebrate the magic of stories, we invite families into our classrooms for a special after-school celebration to promote the love of bedtime stories at school.
We believe bedtime stories are so important and not just for the immense educational benefits, but also for the precious, magical and important family moments too. Reading or telling a story can be so relaxing for your little one before they go to sleep and we also notice how much they love hearing stories here at school.
Everyone was asked to bring a favourite cuddly toy, a blanket and cushion to feel extra cosy, a torch and of course, their favourite bedtime story…
