RE- Belonging
This half term, we have been exploring 'Belonging'. Through our cycle of enquiry, we have explored what belonging means to us and to identify where we belong. We thought about how it felt to belong to our families and explored what other groups we belonged to. We made puzzle pieces to show how we all fit together as well as a book to show where we belong. In addition to thinking about where we belong and why it's important, we explored how belonging can be recognised in the Jewish religion, by learning about Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah. This allowed us to begin to develop an understanding of how Jewish people show they belong and why it is important to them.
